Abua Swasthya Card Online Registration Application Process

First of all you have to go to the official portal of Mukhyamantri Abua Swasthya Suraksha Yojana.
After going to the home page, you will see three login options in front of you.
There you will select your option according to your choice.
If you want to fill the form yourself, then you have to tick the box with option number one and proceed.
Now here you will be asked for your mobile number on which OTP will be sent, you have to fill the OTP and submit it.
Now further you will get the option to enter your ration card number, here you enter your ration card number and proceed.
Now here you will see the option of E-KYC, you have to click on it.
After that there will be an option to enter the Aadhar card number, enter the Aadhar card number and click on OTP send to send OTP.
